于馨然，女，29岁，博士，毕业于韩国国立江原大学，专业为国际工商管理与国际商学，主要研究方向为国际工商管理与跨境电子商务。读博期间多次参加韩国国际经营学术大会、国际经营管理学术大会、东北亚经济与管理合作论坛、经济与管理国际学术会议等国际学术会议并获得优秀论文奖。在韩国核心期刊（KCI）发表过《The Impact of International Entrepreneurship on the Performance of Foreign Subsidiaries : Focusing on Mediating Effects of Job Commitment and Organizational Commitment》、《Exploring the Mediating Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Creation on the (Reverse)Knowledge Transfer-Performance Relationship: Evidence from Global Firms in China》、《Knowledge Type, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Creation and Firm Performance : Evidence from the Multinational Enterprises in China》、《International Entrepreneurship as Foreign Subsidiaries’Initiative in the Process of Knowledge Management》、《Entrepreneurship, Absorptive Capacity, Technical Capability and Innovation Performance》等文章。
