Course Description: This course is a compulsory course for marketing majors. The aim of the course is to train students to become marketing personnel with a sense of internationalization and cross-cultural communication skills. Therefore, through the teaching of this course, students are required to understand the process and obstacles of business communication, the framework of cross-cultural analysis, be familiar with the forms of business communication, master the methods of cross-cultural business communication, and specifically demonstrate communication with others in different situations through scenario simulation and other methods, so as to effectively improve students' business communication and negotiation skills in a diversified business cultural environment.
