Course Description:      This course is a comprehensive applied science with strong theoretical, practical, and technical significance. By teaching the development process of internal control, COSO framework and Chinese standards, basic theories of enterprise internal control, internal environment, risk identification, analysis and response, control activities, information and communication, internal supervision, etc., it helps students use internal control concepts and methods to construct a risk oriented organizational self correction and self-improvement immune mechanism, promoting healthy economic development. Train students to apply internal control methods appropriately in specific business environments, and cultivate their concept and ability of legal supervision.
